Prerequisite from Colleges	Our Responsibility
We will select Min. 20 students from Engineering College with whom we have MOU or Tie up for Technology Training & Sharing. Students those will selected mostly from BE/ME Min. 1 teacher will work as mentor for every 5 Students Staff members can be part of team. College infrastructure one lab with min 20 PCs, well working Internet facility and machines in good condition should be provided to the students Training & Development Environment for students. Time Availability from mentors with college support Our Trainers/Developers mostly available on Sat/Sunday to train students. They will provide weekly task to them, but sometimes it may not be possible for our team to attend, so guides have to help students with any problems . Also if possible our Developers will assist them by Video Conferencing, via. Skype and Team viewer. Students enrolled are intern only and are not employee of Prygma or Joint Venture which formed by college and Prygma. If any Joint Venture made between college and company it is the responsibility of both parties to provide stipend to interns and employees if any. (It is not mandatory to have stipend to students) Stipend if any, will expend for trainers charges or software/hardware requirements for particular project. If any third year student selected for project but unfortunately if he/she fails in academic. With college permission he/she will work full time for project Meanwhile any of candidate left contract by the policy he/she not permitted to work again with us. It is not mandatory to work with team, if has issues of any kind he/she work from home subject to complete what task given to him/her. Students only get internship letter/certificate & not experience certificate according code of conduct. But after completion of degree as soon as he/she get final year result their experience will counting continue from date he/she start working full time if and only if he/she want to continue work with Company/Joint Venture There is no any kind of bond or contract if there is no any project to work upon. But they will have internship letter from company as they finalize as interns. Students have to only sign the confidentiality agreement so that any research or property of the company should not be disclose outside We are not responsible to work on their last year project. But if we guide and help to complete their project student has to submit complete project to our repository and we can make it Open Source. Attendance relaxation for students if required. Students are not bound by any means. If they got placed with any company during academics, they can join subject to complete the project in which they are working and it is also again not mandatory but need to continue mutual relations. Joint Venture if any form between Company and College, both have equally stakes in it. We also guide for their last year academic project & changes of guidance will manage with their work We are technology bound. Any technology suits for any application and make our task simple then we will work on it. Any technology expert require from industry we will arrange & even college has responsibility to have them if any person in their contact or institutes like IITs/NITs This contract or MOU done between Director of company and Director of Institute/College under the surveillance of HoDs and Principal of colleges. If students wants to continue with us they will get best payout structure in industry If any idea from Student/College we will serve as development assistance and we will charge of our consulting and development. What student gets: Experience certificate/ Internship certificate from company Placement Assistance till he/she not get placed in any company

College also has responsibility to generate or source commercial projects from market to task upon. Source codes are stored on repositories and only concern HOD and Project Manager has rights to look upon. And it is their both responsibility to not share it on other media. Projects can share or deals if any can finalize with mutual decision of company and college if it is sourced from College team. Company never discloses the monetary contracts or project deals with students and team from college. It may share with HOD of Department with non-disclosure agreement. HOD of concern department will serve as Head of Project. If by any means HOD person changes new HOD will serve as Head and Contract regulates.

If we start working on any project we have to complete task in fixed time span

If meanwhile candidate leave contract it is responsibility of mentors to finish task

Before each project starts there will be simple contract between company and students those are assigned for particular project. This is required to make guaranty of best work only. Meanwhile our team members can change candidates to other project if such requirement is needed.

Project developed is property of Prygma & copyright registered with name of Prygma if project is whole from Prygma only.

This contract or MOU has termination policies under Prygma surveillance. Company has rights to terminate this MOU or Contract at any time prior to advance notice of 30 days to college. This termination may happen due to No such output prescribed in contract or less response from students in development. No support from college for resources or no support from staff towards handling of students for development. This Contract or MOU will renew each after 2 years subject to analysis of last two years performance or contribution of organization & students towards development. We can develop some confidential projects under college premises. So if we found any kind of filtering or stealing of concepts, technology, ideas outside college people through any resources of college. We will take spot action towards end of this contract or we will shut down project which is ongoing & no future developmental task provided to students. College has also rights to terminate this MOU or contract if no working output shown from this kind of program. But it is mandatory to college to present proper cause of termination of contract before company panel.
